Disney with the Merrick's :)

We had a blast this weekend in Orlando with the Merrick's. Since it was Columbus day on Monday we had plenty of time to have lots of fun during the long wknd. Saturday we went to Epcot for the Food & Wine Festival. We had beer from Canada, Sushi from Japan, and much Mexican in Mexico. It was HOT!! We actually didn't mind waiting in line for rides because it got us out of the heat. Test Track was the group's favorite ride. After a great day at Disney we went for a Lobster, and Crab leg dinner YUMMMMMMM. James had a blast poolside for the rest of the weekend while we all baked in the sun. We did Lot's of "we need this for the cruise" shopping, and late night excursions. We had soooo much fun! Luci even spent one night with us which James thought was the coolest thing in the world, lol. Our friend Matt kept her all other nights. it was perfect since he lived about 5 minutes away from our hotel. We had a great time with the family, per usual :) WE Miss them already!!!

The Bills did not make me wanna shout today...

Our group was mixed 1/2 Bills fans 1/2 Dolphins fans. Unfortunately The Miami Dolphins won :( In true Bills fan fashion we had fun anyway. It was Matt's Birthday so a group of us from inflight and JBU instructors headed down to MIA around noon to tail gate. We had all the buffalo favorites including Labbats Beer. I made blue and red cupcakes and rice crispy treats for Matt's birthday but I ate NONE...It's officailly 4 months from our wedding....enough said :)

Operation February Guests!

Guest room two is now completed! We are both looking forward to all the family and friends coming into town for our wedding. We are so lucky to have some of them staying with us for a few days before the actual cruise. We knew that with our the guest we would need to turn the second bedroom into a second guest room. We bought two pottery barn headboards and two double beds. We went with a Navy blue theme. We are both really excited how it turned out! And yes the little blue sign does say FAIRPORT! Represent!!! :)

DAN, DAN, THE BIRTHDAY MAN!

SURPRISE! Jessica planned a Birthday Dinner at Cabo Cantina in Boca Raton. The food here is awesome, since its right around the corner from our house, we eat there a lot :) They have the best birthday's there. All the light turn off, and disco lights start up, then your dessert with a sparkler is brought out by a whole group of servers singing La co ca Rocha. You even get a sombrero to wear and keep. We had a blast with Dan and Jess per usual :) Looking forward to celebrating many more birthdays with them!
